I started training in Martial Arts at the age of 4 at the BMMA HQ in Telford under Toby Thompson (still a current BMMA instructor) and Lee Matthews.   I achieved my 1st Dan Blackbelt in 2014 at the age of 14. I am currently a 3^rd Dan Blackbelt and working towards my 4^th Dan. 

I completed the 5-day gruelling BMMA instructor training /selection course at the age of 15 and I began as an assistant instructor (2ic) shortly afterwards under James McCormick. 

I am the head coach of the BMMA satellite schools in Shrewsbury, Nantwich and Telford where I instruct 3 days a week and I continue to instruct and train at the HQ on the other days. 

I am part of the Team that runs the BMMA instructor training /selection course, and I have continued to complete the physical portion of the course multiple times a year since completing it myself.

I enjoy physical activity and training at both the Dojo and the Gym.  I also enjoy running and can regularly be found running up and down the Wrekin or on the 10 hills run for our Blackbelt qualification. 

I have competed on and off throughout my martial arts career and trained with Team Venum when they were based at the HQ in Telford.  I am currently involved in a coaching capacity with the Squad based at the HQ.
